Exercise daily. Don’t be a couch potato in 2017 — as little as 30 minutes of exercise a day isn’t just good for your heart, it’s great for your entire body.

Laugh often. Did you know that laughter can stimulate your muscles, lungs and heart? It’s also a fantastic stress reliever, and when you’re experiencing less stress, you have a better chance of experiencing whole body wellness.
